Nanny Wanted - Proactive Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper Needed - Flexible/Part Time

We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and organized Household Assistant / Family Helper to help keep our home running smoothly. This is not primarily a childcare position and is not a traditional housekeeping role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping a busy family stay organized and can take initiative without needing constant direction. Help is needed approximately 1–2x per week for a few hours per visit, with flexibility depending on the week’s needs. Tasks may include:

• Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)
• Tidying and resetting rooms
• Organizing closets, drawers, pantry, and storage spaces
• Kitchen reset (dishes, unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, putting things away)
• Changing bed linens
• Putting groceries away
• Restocking household and baby supplies
• Light meal prep
• Occasional errands
• General household organization projects

The most important quality we’re looking for is initiative. We’d love someone who can complete priority tasks provided by us and then naturally identify other ways to help keep the household running smoothly without needing step by step instructions. We’re happy to compensate appropriately for the right long term fit and are looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently. *Please note* we have 2 small dogs as you see in my profile pic, they are friendly girls.
