Expected Start Date: October 11, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Community Health Centre- Market Mall City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Recreation - Community Older Adult - Forever in Motion Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.48 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 9 shifts of 6 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Health Educator - Staff $36.518 to $44.655 Travel Required: Yes Job : Health promotion for employees is instrumental when supporting a healthy workplace. This position will monitor and support the on-site fitness facilities ensuring a safe workout environment and will support and education employees in healthy lifestyles programming. This position will report to the manager of organizational learning and effectiveness and will work closely with the healthy workplace leadership team. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Experience in fitness training & consultation.

- Bachelor of Therapeutic Recreation (BTR)
Other Education and Training
- Current CPR certification
- Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable
- Master of Health Promotion is acceptable
- First Aid Certificate
