Position Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Toronto, ON, M5J 2R8 (3 days/week in office)

Potential Extension/Conversion: High potential for extension or full-time conversion

Job Type: Full time (40 Hours per Week)

Pay Range: CAD $65/hr -$70/hr

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruiters to join a fast-paced recruiting organization supporting one of the world's leading SaaS companies. This role requires a strategic recruiting professional who can partner closely with hiring managers, drive high-volume hiring initiatives, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while managing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting sales talent within technology or SaaS organizations and possess strong stakeholder management, pipeline management, and interviewing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales hiring initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple openings.
• Conduct profile calibration sessions with business leaders to align candidate expectations.
• Lead weekly hiring forecast and pipeline review meetings with stakeholders.
• Drive candidate movement through the recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with Recruiting Coordinators to resolve scheduling challenges and maintain interview efficiency.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to achieve hiring goals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruiting processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations.
• Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with Workday, Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or professional services organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM technologies, or adjacent enterprise platforms.
• Experience hiring senior technical advisors who engage directly with executive stakeholders and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
