Location: Toronto, ON, M5J 2R8 / Vancouver, BC V6B 5A7 Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Expected Duration: 6+ Months
Potential Extension/Conversion: High potential for extension or full-time conversion
Job Type: Full time (40 Hours per Week)
Pay Range: CAD $65/hr -$70/hr
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support a high-growth Sales organization within Salesforce. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring top sales talent
The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This position requires strong sourcing capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving and dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, identify, and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing techniques and competitive market mapping
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for Sales and GTM positions
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications against business requirements
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to hiring teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure efficient hiring processes and timely delivery of talent
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or blended recruiting environments
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), Account Executive, Business Development, SDR, BDR, Customer Success, or related commercial roles
- Experience supporting hiring within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth organizations
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates from direct competitors
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and senior business leaders
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from a local Salesforce office a minimum of three days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within a rapidly growing SaaS or cloud technology company
- Familiarity with Salesforce and the technology industry landscape
- Experience using Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of talent market trends and competitive recruiting strategies
