Technical Recruiter – AI & Strategic Talent Hiring
6-Month Contract, Hybrid (3 Days/Week In-Office, Canadian Hubs)
Location: Downtown Toronto - Bay Street
Pay Rates:
T4: 51-59/hr
IC: 61-70/hr
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical and strategic customer-facing positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies
- Lead intake sessions, profile calibration meetings, pipeline reviews, and hiring forecasts
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to strategically allocate talent pipelines across multiple openings
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates against business requirements
- Deliver regular recruiting updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure a seamless interview and scheduling process
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support hiring efforts across AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, consulting, customer success, and strategic advisory functions
Typical Day
- Partnering with hiring managers on active requisitions and hiring priorities
- Leading pipeline and forecast discussions with business leaders
- Reviewing candidate pipelines and adjusting sourcing strategies
- Conducting recruiter screens and competency-based assessments
- Collaborating with sourcing partners to accelerate hiring outcomes
- Managing interview scheduling and removing process roadblocks
- Driving multiple high-priority searches simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or blended recruiting environments
- Proven success recruiting technical or customer-facing talent within enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations
- Strong experience with:
- High-volume recruiting
- Client and stakeholder management
- Profile calibration
- Pipeline management
- Competency-based interviewing
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and candidate experience skills
- Demonstrated ability to build quality talent pipelines quickly
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through advanced recruiting techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with Recruiter, Workday, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace is preferred
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting for AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, consulting, or professional services organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM technologies, or related enterprise platforms

Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in-office
