Omschrijving
Je ondersteunt het retail departement bij het mee uitbouwen van het nieuwe Category Management team. Je maakt aanbevelingen op gebied van category planning, schat budgetten in en stelt de nodige acties op basis van je analyses en ervaring. Dit doe je per toegewezen productgroep(en) en per distributiekanaal (Food, Petrol, Press, …).
Je monitort de evolutie van Retail op korte, middellange en lange termijn en in dit kader help je klanten- en kanaalstrategieën ontwikkelen. Je draagt actief bij tot de uitbreiding van de bedrijfsactiviteiten en met welke potentiële handelspartners.
Je zet de strategie om in een actieplannen.
