À propos du poste
En tant que Gérant(e) de magasin, vous dirigerez l’équipe afin d’offrir un service à la clientèle de premier ordre accompagné d’une excellente connaissance des produits à tous les clients, tout en maximisant les ventes. Les responsabilités incluent notamment :
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin en planifiant les horaires, en assignant les tâches, en organisant les réunions et en gérant les calendriers de l’équipe
- Diriger l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente en assurant une expérience client exceptionnelle en magasin, tout en respectant les normes et meilleures pratiques de l’entreprise
- Développer, mettre en œuvre et exécuter des stratégies marketing visant à améliorer les ventes et la performance globale
- Concevoir et appliquer des systèmes, politiques, procédures et normes afin d’assurer la cohérence et l’efficacité des opérations
- Analyser les études de marché et les tendances afin d’évaluer la demande des consommateurs, prévoir les volumes de ventes potentiels et mesurer l’impact des activités des concurrents sur les ventes, tout en fournissant des analyses au siège social
- Documenter les ventes et revenus pour les rapports destinés au siège social
- Surveiller et améliorer les normes de service à la clientèle ainsi que la performance du personnel, résoudre rapidement les plaintes des clients et transmettre les enjeux à la haute direction au besoin afin d’assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Gérer le recrutement et l’intégration des nouveaux employés en menant les entrevues et en offrant la formation sur place
- Motiver et mobiliser le personnel afin de maintenir un haut niveau de motivation et d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, favorisant ainsi un environnement de travail positif et productif
- Assurer une gestion précise des stocks en surveillant les niveaux d’inventaire, en minimisant les écarts et en optimisant la disponibilité des produits
- Collaborer avec le siège social et les fournisseurs, gérer efficacement les budgets et superviser le réapprovisionnement hebdomadaire des produits afin de maintenir des niveaux d’inventaire optimaux
- Participer à l’ouverture et à l’aménagement du magasin
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes assignées
Profil recherché
- Les candidat(e)s doivent détenir un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion du commerce de détail ou dans un domaine connexe
- Solide expérience de 5 ans dans le commerce de détail, incluant au moins 2 ans dans un poste de gestion de magasin
- Passion pour l’industrie de la beauté asiatique, avec une volonté d’apprentissage continu, de partage des connaissances et de mise à jour constante des produits et tendances afin de guider l’équipe et enrichir l’expérience client
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Fortes compétences en leadership et en gestion des opérations de magasin
- Capacité démontrée à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer efficacement les plaintes des clients
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de vente au détail dynamique et rapide
- Capacité à analyser les rapports de ventes, les tendances du marché et les comportements des clients
- Expérience en gestion des stocks et contrôle des inventaires
- Bonne connaissance des opérations de vente au détail, incluant les ventes, le marchandisage et le service à la clientèle
- Maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire, des rapports financiers et du contrôle des coûts pour le suivi du siège social
- Aptitude à développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à stimuler les ventes et améliorer la performance
- Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 30 lb

About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead the team to provide top tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients and maximize sales. Including but not limited to…
- Oversee daily store operations by scheduling shifts, assigning duties, organizing meetings, and managing team calendars
- Lead team to drive sales and meet targets by ensuring exceptional in-store customer experience, all while adhering to company standards and best practices
- Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance sales and overall performance
- Design and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, forecast potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ activities on sales, providing insights for head office reporting
- Document sales and revenue for head office reporting
- Monitor and enhance the store\'s customer service standards and staff performance, promptly address customer complaints, and escalate issues to higher management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires by conducting interviews and providing on-site training
- Motivate and engage staff to uphold high morale and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and productive store environment
- Ensure accurate stock management by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing product availability
- Source and liaise with head office and suppliers, monitor budgets effectively, and oversee weekly product restocking to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Support with store opening and setup
- Perform additional duties as assigned
