Retail Area Manager (QC Region)

MINISO Canada is currently expanding and we are looking for a Retail Area Manager to support stores across Quebec (QC region) . This role will primarily cover locations across Quebec, including Montreal and surrounding areas.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure all supervised stores operate smoothly and comply with the company’s standards and procedures
- Develop budgets and set sales targets for each store within the QC region
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop store management and associates
- Manage day-to-day store operations according to company guidelines and conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution
- Oversee inventory management, distribution of goods, and store layout optimization
- Strategically analyze and improve overall store performance and operational effectiveness
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics and business statistics
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operational flow
- Set, review, and control budgets, including labour costs and operating expenses
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently
- Strong merchandising and visual display skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English & French) is required for the QC region
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as travel between store locations within Quebec is expected
