We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative / Dispatcher to help grow our flatbed trucking operation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the freight industry, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to secure profitable loads while building long-term relationships with shippers and brokers.

Responsibilities Source and secure profitable flatbed freight opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, shippers, and customers.
Negotiate rates and maximize revenue per truck.
Plan and dispatch drivers efficiently to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipments and provide proactive communication to customers and drivers.
Resolve load issues, delays, and service challenges professionally.
Manage load boards and transportation management systems.
Track driver availability, Hours of Service (HOS), and equipment utilization.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with management to support business growth and customer retention.
Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in flatbed dispatching, freight brokerage, trucking sales, or transportation logistics.
Strong knowledge of flatbed freight operations, load securement requirements, and industry regulations.
Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Existing industry contacts and customer relationships are considered a strong asset.
