Business Development Manager - AML & Compliance Solution

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting innovative AML and compliance offerings. Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AML and compliance solutions market, expanding our client base.
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our AML & compliance offerings to prospective clients.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including compliance officers, risk managers, and decision-makers.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that highlight product features and benefits.
* Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
* Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while aligning client needs with our service capabilities.
* Coordinate cross-functional project management efforts to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of solutions for new clients.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the AML, compliance, or financial technology sectors.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully.
* Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously.
* Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to technology solutions in regulated industries.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms for pipeline management.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and foster customer relationships over time.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic approach that motivates teams and clients alike.
