Join a prominent consumer goods organization as the Strategic Commercial Director based in Toronto, ON. This role, with hybrid working flexibility, emphasizes national growth and brand leadership. Reporting to North American leaders, you will formulate and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
Responsibilities Formulate national sales plans and growth initiatives
Ensure delivery of revenue and margin targets
Develop and mentor a cohesive internal team
Collaborate with external partners for successful execution
Align marketing strategies with local market demands
Lead creative strategies that will drive the company's success and market positioning
Requirements 10+ years in commercial management or marketing
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
Solid experience in P&L accountability
Familiarity with CPG or FMCG markets
