Key Responsibilities Execute a nationwide commercial strategy with profitability targets
Ensure delivery of revenue and cash flow KPIs
Lead and cultivate a high‑performing internal team
Manage relationships with distributors and marketing agencies
Identify current business opportunities for market expansion
Requirements 10+ years of experience in marketing or general management
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Robust background in managing P&L in CPG contexts
Demonstrated team leadership and external agency management
