Construction Director - Restaurant Development

- Develop strategic plans for restaurant construction
- Oversee the effective management of project timelines and costs
- Conduct quality assurance through regular site inspections
- Build relationships with contractors and oversee compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and construction professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant construction, 5+ in leadership
- Proficient in construction management software
- Strong organizational and team-building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction regulations
