Become NCSY Canada’s Director of Integrated Jewish Education and transform the educational landscape. This hybrid role emphasizes the seamless integration of all educational experiences for teens across Toronto. As the leader of NCSY Canada’s educational initiatives, you will create a unified strategy that aligns all programs, from Torah High to summer events. Your leadership will help train and support staff in delivering impactful education while fostering student engagement throughout their journey. A deep understanding of traditional Jewish values and innovative curriculum design are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive educational strategy for all touchpoints
• Create an annual educational framework aligned with the Jewish calendar
• Train staff to facilitate meaningful student interactions
• Analyze the student journey and enhance engagement opportunities
• Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms
