Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Hybrid/Onsite as required)
Duration: Contract (initial ~6 months with strong chance of extension)
About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for a CCB / Change Control Coordinator to support their sustaining engineering and change management processes. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role responsible for driving design changes through a structured approval process and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
This is not a pure engineering role—it's ideal for someone who thrives on organization, coordination, and keeping processes moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and run the weekly Change Control Board (CCB) process (agenda, readiness, documentation, and follow-ups)
- Drive Change Requests (CRs) through evaluation, approval, and implementation
- Act as a central point of coordination between Engineering, QA, and Operations
- Ensure high-quality, complete documentation in line with QMS requirements
- Maintain configuration clarity and change records
- Track change pipeline, aging, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline change control processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset
- Experience in project coordination, change management, or engineering support roles
- Comfortable managing workflows and tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within a QMS or regulated environment
- Exposure to Power BI or automation tools for reporting/process improvement
- Broad technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, systems, or software environments)
