Client Sales Specialist (Fitness Sales) - Rumble Boxing Yorkville

Location: Yorkville, Toronto
Type: Part-Time (Hourly)
Schedule: Early mornings (6AM), evenings (until 9PM), weekends required

The Role (Read This First)

This is not a front desk job.

This is a sales role inside a high-energy fitness environment. You are the first point of contact, but more importantly, you are responsible for turning interest into revenue.

Your job is simple:

• Get people in the door
• Build a relationship fast
• Convert them into paying clients (memberships + personal training)

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Owning the First Class Free (FCF) funnel → show rate + conversion
• Driving consult bookings + closes for personal training
• Following up with leads daily (text, call, email, in-person)
• Running cold outreach (local businesses, events, partnerships)
• Working the floor → talking to people before/after class and converting interest
• Building relationships that turn into long-term clients
• Tracking your numbers and improving weekly

• You consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
• You turn first-timers into members and PT clients
• You actively generate leads, not just wait for them
• You become someone the team relies on to drive revenue

Who You Are

• Young, hungry, and competitive – you want to win
• Naturally social and confident talking to anyone
• You either:
  • Have a proven sales track record, OR
  • Know you're built for sales and need the opportunity to showcase
• You're into fitness (you train, or want to be in that environment daily)
• You don't need to be told what to do—you take initiative
• You're comfortable with rejection and bounce back fast
• You want growth, not just a paycheck

Non-Negotiables

• Availability for 6AM opens, evenings (until 9PM), and weekends
• Willingness to sell every shift
• High energy and strong presence on the floor
