Application Security Intern at Kinaxis

As an intern on the Product Security team at Kinaxis, you'll work closely with Corporate IT, Cloud Services, and Product Development, gaining hands-on experience in security controls, vulnerability management, and threat modeling. Ideal for candidates who are passionate about software development and cybersecurity, this role offers exposure to the software development lifecycle and essential security practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify application-level security risks during development
- Conduct vulnerability and penetration tests on systems
- Integrate code analysis tools into the development lifecycle
- Review and prioritize findings from security analysis reports
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipeline security tools
- Completion of 2nd year in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of secure coding and application security testing
- Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript or Python
- Hands-on experience with security tools like Burp Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
