Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As a Senior Product Manager, Credit Card Products, Digital Enablement , you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital experiences that support the end-to-end credit card member journey. You will identify and eliminate friction across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, engagement, and retention channels while enabling sustainable Visa portfolio growth. Serving as a key business lead between Product, Digital, Technology, Operations, Risk, Fraud, Marketing, and member-facing teams, you will help ensure members experience seamless and intuitive interactions with Vancity credit card products. We are seeking a strategic and member-focused product leader who uses data, member insights, and market trends to prioritize initiatives that improve conversion, engagement, operational efficiency, and member satisfaction

This is a Full-time, Permanent role and will report directly to the Manager, Credit Card Enablement . This position is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario. Candidates may work remotely, with on-site attendance as required for business needs.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Owning the digital roadmap supporting credit card acquisition, onboarding, servicing, engagement, and retention


• Championing a member-centric approach to improving digital experiences across web, mobile, online banking, and partner platforms


• Identifying friction points and opportunities across the end-to-end cardholder journey and prioritizing enhancements that improve conversion and member satisfaction


• Partnering with Marketing, Digital Banking, and Analytics teams to optimize digital acquisition performance


• Leading initiatives that improve application completion, approval, activation, digital wallet provisioning, and early card engagement


• Supporting growth objectives through experimentation, journey optimization, personalization, and digital sales enablement


• Leading the cross-functional delivery of strategic initiatives including new product launches, digital origination enhancements, account management capabilities, and servicing improvements


• Developing business cases, requirements, success metrics, and implementation plans for key initiatives


• Partnering with the Manager and agile scrum pod to define and refine the product vision, assess market trends, understand member needs, evaluate competitor activity, and prioritize product features, releases, and improvements


• Managing competing priorities while balancing growth, risk, member experience, operational impacts, and regulatory requirements


• Leverage data, member and stakeholder insights, market research, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, optimize digital experiences, measure outcomes, and drive data-informed decision making.


• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing end-to-end credit card journeys and supporting processes, reducing operational complexity, improving efficiency, and leveraging agile product management practices to enhance member and business outcomes

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• 7 or more years of progressive experience in product management, digital product management, or digital acquisition within financial services


• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation


• Experience managing digital channels, customer journeys, product roadmaps, or product enablement functions


• Strong knowledge of credit card products, payments, lending, consumer banking, digital acquisition, and servicing ecosystems


• Experience developing business cases, product requirements, implementation plans, success measures, and product roadmaps


• Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, conversion optimization, and member journey design


• Experience working within agile product management environments and regulated financial services organizations

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with digital banking platforms, CRM ecosystems, and marketing technology solutions


• Experience supporting digital wallet capabilities, card acquisition journeys, or credit card servicing platforms


• Product management certification such as Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or an equivalent designation

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $102,900 to $133,100 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
