Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity (Maternity Leave)

As a Senior Product Manager you own the strategy and roadmap for a module or set of modules within Euna Procurement Sourcing and Contracting, including pricing, packaging, partnerships, the functional roadmap, and the operational roadmap. In collaboration with the Product Director, you support product-line strategic planning and align your roadmap to Euna-level and product-line goals.

You work through one or more Product Owners rather than around them, and you are responsible for their having what they need to specify correctly. You work closely with go-to-market stakeholders so that what you ship is sellable and what is sold is deliverable.

What you will do

External analysis

You should spend the majority of your time looking outward and bringing what you find inward. Produce, maintain, and be the person who can speak to:

Major changes in market dynamics, structured (Five Forces).

External market and regulatory analysis and its impact on Euna Procurement (PESTLE).

Competitive feature parity, maintained and current, not refreshed the week before a QBR.

Industry trends and buyer-persona impacts, including willingness to pay and propensity to buy.

Changes to RFP requirements and buyer behaviour, sourced from actual RFPs.

Internal analysis

Combine the external view with evidence from inside the business. Produce, maintain, and be able to defend:

A current comparison of Euna Procurement to its competitors (SWOT).

Qualitative analysis from NPS and product-led surveys

Quantitative analysis of win/loss data, feature requests, support tickets, and DevReqs. You are expected to query this data yourself.

A qualitative review of current-state internal processes where they affect the customer experience or the product offering.

Strategy and roadmap

Own an ROI-based product roadmap, maintained in Aha!, with feature-level ARR forecasting and feature-level market and customer segmentation.

Own the operational roadmap, including pricing and packaging changes and business-model extensions

Perform routine tradeoff analysis and be able to show the work: what you sequenced, what you declined, and the reasoning.

Identify and evaluate build, buy, and partner options with the Product Director.

Ensure alignment between your roadmap, the product-line strategy, and enterprise goals, and say so plainly when they diverge.

Specification and delivery accountability

Author the initiative-level specification that Product Owners decompose from: the problem, the users, the intended outcome, the success criteria, the constraints, and the explicit non-goals. Commit it, defend it in review, and own it once merged.

Hold merge authority on the requirements corpus for your modules. Locked requirements change through an explicit promotion, not a quiet edit.

Define what correct looks like in this domain, including the compliance constraints that are not negotiable, so that the people and agents downstream are not guessing.

Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to keep architectural decisions aligned to the roadmap, and be able to hold a real conversation about the tradeoffs rather than deferring on all of them.

Support validation testing of major production releases.

Go-to-market leadership

Own beta planning and the upsell monetization strategy for your modules.

Marshal Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce what GTM actually needs: detailed internal release notes, FAQs, talk tracks and sales strategy, battlecards, and ROI calculators.

Establish and participate in an effective launch process with all GTM teams.

Engage customers directly, including on site and at industry conferences.

Reporting and accountability for outcomes

Report revenue attribution for new wins and upsell against the forecast in your own roadmap.
Report adoption by market segment and usage against the forecast in your own roadmap.
Report on feature survival: what is still in use twelve months after launch, and what was not worth building. This is expected to be self-reported without prompting.
Report PRD-to-GA cycle time for your initiatives and what you did about it.

Team leadership

Mentor Product Owners and Product Managers, including reviewing their specification work, and be a visible contributor to the craft standards of the team.
Share methods and outputs openly. A practice that only you can execute has not been established.

What you bring

The Technical Bar

• 
  Version control as a working habit. Specifications live in the repository beside the code they govern. You will branch, commit, open pull requests, respond to review comments, and resolve conflicts. If your requirements have only ever lived in Confluence or a shared drive, this is a real change in how you work, and we will ask you about it.


• 
  Specification writing an agent can execute. Requirements written as structured, testable statements: user stories, functional requirements, data model, acceptance criteria. Ambiguity that a human developer resolves by walking over to your desk becomes a defect when the implementer is an agent working from the text alone.


• 
  Data models and API contracts. Entity relationships, foreign keys, soft deletes, timezone handling, and REST or JSON request and response shapes. Most of the hard requirement questions on this platform are data questions wearing a UI costume.


• 
  Self-serve product data. Query the reporting replica yourself in SQL (Mode or equivalent) and instrument features in a product analytics platform (Pendo or equivalent). You should never have to file a request to find out whether the thing you shipped is being used.


• 
  AI tooling, used with a critical eye. Daily use of coding and reasoning agents for drafting, decomposition, critique, and analysis. More important than fluency is calibration. The common failure modes are over-long tickets, invented constraints, confidently wrong domain assumptions, and specification drift between what was agreed and what the agent wrote. You should be able to point at a piece of AI output and say precisely what is wrong with it and why.


• 
  Compliance as a technical requirement. Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), audit logging, PII handling, records retention, and public disclosure obligations are implementation constraints in this domain, not legal footnotes. You write them into the specification. You do not discover them in QA.

Six or more years in product management in a SaaS environment, with demonstrated ownership of a product or module through a full lifecycle including a pricing or packaging change.

Evidence of having owned a commercial outcome, not just a delivery outcome. Be prepared to talk about a roadmap bet that did not pay off and what the data told you.

Post-secondary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

Experience leading build, buy, or partner decisions.

Public-sector, govtech, or another regulated-industry background.

Experience redesigning a product process around AI-assisted execution, including how requirements are structured and how output is evaluated.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
