Bilingual Associate Manager at Manulife

Shape the future of veteran support with Manulife as a Bilingual Associate Manager in Canada. Lead a dedicated team for the Canadian Armed Forces Long Term Disability program. This remote full-time position calls for a Bilingual Associate Manager with 2-3 years of supervisory experience. You will leverage your expertise in case management and disability claims while mentoring Case Managers. Your role will have a direct impact on helping veterans transition into civilian life through effective management practices. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Case Managers
Manage workflow and staffing activities effectively
Promote best practices in disability and case management
Provide guidance on complex claims and issues
Conduct quality reviews and identify improvements

Requirements:

2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Knowledge of Group Disability claims and case management
Bilingual in English and French required
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Post-secondary education in health sciences preferred
