What you'll be doing:

1. Define and Deploy the Indirect Purchasing Strategy

• Develop the procurement strategy across all indirect spend categories.

• Work closely with internal teams to understand, challenge, and address their needs.

• Identify opportunities for bundling, streamlining, and innovation.

• Contribute to the global strategy in collaboration with Decathlon's international teams.

2. Structure the Indirect Procurement Function

• • Establish and formalize procurement processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Deploy solutions for sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and performance tracking.

  • Support internal stakeholders through training and awareness initiatives.

3. Lead Projects and Drive Transformation

• • Launch and manage RFPs for strategic spend categories.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators: cost savings, payment terms, supplier coverage, CSR criteria, etc.
  • Establish clear governance and ensure traceability of commitments.

Profile Sought

• 2 to 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or project management, ideally in an international or multi-site environment.
• Strong skills in negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for working with numbers.
• Autonomous, structured, and results-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change and mobilize teams.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
