Qargo Coffee is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for experienced Franchise Brokers, Franchise Development Consultants, Area Representatives, and Franchise Sales Professionals to help us grow across the United States and around the world. Today, we have 20 locations open, 29 additional locations under development, over 100 signed Franchise Agreements and Area Development Agreements, and expansion underway across multiple U.S. states with international opportunities in progress.
Our franchisees receive support through dedicated in-house teams for real estate and site selection, construction and store design, architecture and engineering, operations and training, marketing and grand openings, technology and AI solutions, supply chain and procurement, and ongoing business coaching. Our goal is simple: help every franchisee succeed from site selection through grand opening, and continue supporting them throughout the life of their business.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking professionals with experience in franchise sales, franchise brokerage, franchise development, multi-unit development, business consulting, commercial real estate, and entrepreneurial sales. Whether you operate independently or represent a franchise brokerage network, we welcome the opportunity to discuss a partnership.
Compensation
We offer highly competitive commission opportunities based on successful franchise sales, along with long-term partnership potential for high-performing professionals.
Ideal Candidate
You have an established network of prospective franchise buyers or investors, understand the franchise sales process, are self-motivated and entrepreneurial, enjoy helping people achieve business ownership, and want to represent an emerging brand with significant growth potential.

We are actively awarding territories throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
