In the role of  Leave & Accommodation Business Partner , working in the  Toronto Brewery , you will be part of the  Leave, Accommodation & Occupational Health team supporting the Ontario & West region . You will manage and support leave of absence, disability accommodation, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs while ensuring compliance, consistency, employee support, and business continuity across the organization.

This position reports to the  Manager, Leave, Accommodation & Occupational Health Management  and works closely with HR Business Partners, managers, Legal, Benefits, Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, Finance, insurers, third-party administrators, and external workers' compensation partners throughout the United States.

What You'll Be Brewing

• Manage and provide guidance on employee leave programs, provincial programs, short-term disability, long-term disability, parental leave, occupational injury-related absences, and related processes from initiation through return to work.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support claim strategy, litigation management, settlements, and successful return-to-work outcomes.
• Lead the accommodation process by reviewing requests, facilitating interactive discussions, evaluating medical documentation, and partnering with stakeholders to identify reasonable accommodations and compliant solutions.
• Deliver training, consultation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, employee experience, injury management, accommodation practices, and leave administration programs.

Key Ingredients

• You have (3+ years) experience managing complex medical leaves, disability accommodations, return-to-work cases, and workers' compensation claims.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, Safety Management, Human Resources, Business, Risk Management, or a related field  OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in a related field.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in leave and accommodation management, disability management, workers' compensation claims management, occupational health, HR business partnering, or a related area.
• You have experience working with HR, Legal, Safety, EHS, Benefits, Finance, Occupational Health teams, insurers, third-party administrators, and external partners.
• You possess strong knowledge of leave administration, disability management, disability accommodations, workers' compensation, return-to-work processes, and applicable employment regulations.
• You build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions to support employees, manage risk, and achieve business objectives.
• You demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive employee and medical information.
• French-English bilingual preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards  Offerings: $76,600.00 - $100,500.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
