Remote UKG Developer for Canada

We are seeking a UKG Developer with over six years of hands-on experience, specifically with Kronos Workforce Central 8.1. This contract role demands a solid background in production support, managing high system availability while meeting stringent SLAs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong incident management skills, using tools like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high system availability in production environments
• Resolve incidents efficiently under strict SLA commitments
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the Incident Resolution Lifecycle
• Escalate incidents as needed for timely resolution
• Track incidents using ServiceNow for management and reporting Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central 8.1
• Proven track record in production support environments
• Strong understanding of incident management processes
• Experience with Incident Management tools like ServiceNow
• Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time Utilize your UKG expertise and production support skills in this remote developer role to drive operational stability.
