Over 6 years of hands‑on experience with Kronos Workforce Central 8.1. Extensive experience in production support environments, ensuring high system availability and operational stability. Proven ability to work effectively under stringent SLA commitments and deliver timely resolutions. Strong understanding of the Incident Resolution Lifecycle, including incident identification, analysis, troubleshooting, escalation, and closure. Hands‑on experience with Incident Management tools such as ServiceNow for incident tracking, management, and reporting. EEOC Compliance
