• Offer timely product information and assistance to customers
• Prepare small order quotations for contracts
• Pick and verify customer orders from warehouse
• Maintain stock and organized counter area
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or email Requirements:
• Technical experience in wholesale sales or customer service
• Local HVAC and plumbing market knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AS400 experience is an asset
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
