Lead technology initiatives as the Technical Delivery Manager with Sporting Life Group. Oversee project execution and manage complex delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the execution of multifaceted technology projects within the Sporting Life Group. This role demands extensive experience in program management, combined with strong skills in Agile methodologies and delivery governance. Your leadership will ensure a seamless execution of initiatives, driving outcomes across diverse teams and technology portfolios. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end technology portfolio delivery execution
- Lead initiative prioritization and sequencing processes
- Build and evolve technology roadmaps based on business needs
- Establish reporting metrics for delivery progress and outcomes
- Ensure visibility and consistency across all initiatives
- 7-10+ years in technical delivery or program management
- Expertise in Agile, SDLC, and delivery governance
- Proven capacity planning and portfolio reporting experience
- Strong skills in vendor and partner management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
