As the Calgary Director of Sales, you will focus on fostering a high-performing team of Sales Managers within our hotel portfolio. Your expertise in hospitality sales and strong leadership will help build lasting relationships, develop strategic commercial initiatives, and enhance our market presence. Your hands-on approach will ensure cohesive execution across departments, promoting innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of Managers
• Recruit and mentor sales talent, fostering a growth culture
• Create and implement commercial strategies aligned with brand vision
• Collaborate with General and Revenue Managers on occupancy goals
• Build relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in hospitality sales or business development
• 5 years in a leadership role within hotel sales
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of revenue management and pricing strategies
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
