Food Manufacturing Plant Operations Manager

- Implement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- At least 5 years of leadership in food manufacturing
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP and HACCP
- Proven track record in managing production teams
- Strong communication and effective problem-solving skills
- Degree in Operations, Engineering, or relevant field
