We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our continued growth.
Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our offices. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities will help create a welcoming and supportive experience for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members and clients, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Utilize Jane for basic accounting tasks, direct billing and record keeping as needed.
- Provide administrative support including typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with office organization and maintenance of supplies to create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean, warm and welcoming environment!
Qualifications
? Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience , preferably in a healthcare, mental health, or social services setting.? Completion of a post-secondary program in office administration , business administration , or a related field.? Canadian citizenship or permanent residency with a minimum of 5 years living in Canada .? Strong organizational and time management skills.? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and client management software.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.? Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and client service.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position (35-40 hours per week).
- Wage based on experience.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- Location: North end of Saskatoon.
- Start Date: August 4th, 2025
