Senior Consultant in Digital & AI Strategy (Winnipeg)

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of end-to-end strategy and transformation engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery. You will also mentor junior colleagues and help develop current frameworks while advising clients on their operational paths and potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategy and transformation projects
- Build transformation roadmaps and effective business cases
- Foster client relationships for future growth
- Deliver workshops and executive-level presentations
- Mentor junior team members and nurture learning culture
Requirements
- 3+ years in management consulting or technology advisory
- Experience with AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with emerging tech and digital business models
