NGL processing expertise meets field operations at Keyera’s Fort Saskatchewan facility, with DCS monitoring and rotating day-and-night shifts.As a Facility Operator, you will operate the NGL fractionation plant, product pipelines, and cavern storage systems. The work combines field rounds, distributed control system monitoring, and process adjustments. You will support safe, reliable, and efficient operations while coordinating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:
Operate NGL fractionation, pipelines, and cavern storage systemsMonitor variables, equipment, alarms, and operating trendsMaintain accurate logs, shift reports, and production recordsPrepare equipment for maintenance using approved proceduresTroubleshoot upsets and coordinate corrective actionsRequirements:
Minimum 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate requiredFive-plus years’ experience in NGL processing or similar industryAbility to read and understand P&IDsProven DCS and PLC systems experiencePermanent residency within 100 kilometres of KFS NorthBring NGL processing, DCS, and field operating experience to Keyera’s Fort Saskatchewan fractionation and storage facility.
