- Develop and coach a high-performing team
- Oversee sales performance and inventory management
- Assess reports to guide business performance
- Enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Build robust customer relationships locally
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Background in industrial supply or building materials
- Skillful in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and personal vehicle
