Experienced Geotechnical Engineer for Bridges

Take on the role of an Experienced Geotechnical Engineer (P.Eng.) in a prestigious bridge infrastructure project in the National Capital Region. Work alongside diverse teams to solve complex engineering issues. We are looking for a dedicated Geotechnical Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in bridge and civil infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include leading field assessments, designing foundation systems, and evaluating geotechnical risks. This vital role offers extensive opportunities for involvement from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct geotechnical investigations and field programs
• Design foundation systems, including spread footings
• Assess seismic impacts for bridge projects
• Identify risks and provide technical construction support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams

Requirements:

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario and/or Quebec required
• Over 10 years of relevant field experience
• Strong foundation engineering and soil mechanics skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools
• Bilingual French and English is an asset
