We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Assistant to join our team in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
Responsibilities:
- Processing mortgage applications and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicating with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a smooth mortgage application process.
- Coordinating mortgage closings and disbursements.
- Maintaining accurate records and files for all mortgage transactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Assisting Management and Underwriters with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
- Experience in the banking or mortgage industry is desired.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
