You'll identify and engage top talent across Canada, partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team to build robust candidate pipelines and support hiring success.This is for a current opening, 3 month contract role with the potential for extension. 65-75K Salary based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BILINGUAL TALENT SOURCERAs a Bilingual Talent Sourcer, you play a key role in helping us attract exceptional talent. You proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies. Every day, you'll connect with prospective candidates, conduct initial outreach and phone screens, and build relationships that create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, you'll help identify qualified candidates, maintain accurate applicant records, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction. You stay informed on talent market trends, continuously refine your sourcing strategies, and take pride in connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. Your curiosity, persistence, and strong communication skills help ensure we consistently build high-quality candidate pipelines across the business.Qualifications2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.Bilingual fluency in English and French (required).Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.Ability to conduct professional phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.Ability to work collaboratively within a Talent Acquisition team while managing work independently.Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Who We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
