Orthodontic Technology Sales Manager

LightForce Orthodontics, Inc.

Drive digital orthodontic adoption with LightForce as an Area Sales Manager using consultative selling and clinical business discussions. Travel across a defined geography.

This Area Sales Manager promotes the LightForce system to orthodontic business owners. You will support trials, full integration, and business growth through AI-driven treatment planning and patient-specific brackets. The work combines territory planning, analytics, clinical training, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate LightForce solutions through consultative sales conversations
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Plan territory activity across new and existing accounts
Deliver clinical training virtually and in person
Lead onboarding toward full LightForce integration

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least three years of outside B2B sales experience
Medical device, dental, orthodontic, or relevant industry experience
Comfort discussing clinical topics with orthodontists
Valid driver’s license, travel ability, and English-French fluency
