Manufacturing Reliability Engineer Role

Elevate operational reliability as a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer at Mondelēz International. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and excellence in productivity.
This position requires a leader with hands-on experience in maintenance within the consumer packaged goods sector. Your responsibility will encompass managing the translation of operational goals into effective practices and establishing a zero loss mindset among teams. Collaboration with multifunctional peers will be key to achieving performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma
• Support operational plans aligned with business needs
• Establish accountability for performance monitoring
• Drive improvements in technology and workflow
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• 3+ years in maintenance management
• Strong operational leadership experience
• Proven skills in team building and analytics
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, and 6 Sigma concepts
Utilize your engineering background to strengthen Mondelez's manufacturing processes and reliability across operations.
