Role Overview The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is an integral part of the Maintenance team. Their experience, practical knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills ensure that the aircraft are maintained in an airworthy and dispatch-ready status at all times. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all replacement parts are inspected, eligible and properly certified prior to installation. Ensure that removed parts are properly tagged and routed to quarantine. Ensure the work accomplished on any aircraft or component complies with the applicable manufacturer's recommended standards, the Canadian Aviation Regulations, and company policies and procedures. Sign for accomplishment of own work on the applicable work forms and records, and review forms and records to ensure entries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with the on-the-job training and instruction of personnel.
Requirements
