Personal assistant

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized personal assistant to provide personal and administrative support to company leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic workload, takes ownership, and can manage a wide range of tasks independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative, operational, and personal support to key company leadership;
• Handle and execute various ad hoc requests and assignments from company leadership, ensuring timely and effective completion;
• Responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, including coordination of all service providers (cleaning and others);
• Support reservations and business travel coordination;
• Scheduling, booking, and coordinating local events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role;
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks;
• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a vehicle for work-related tasks as needed;
• Must be based in Montreal with strong knowledge of the local area, services, and resources, and the ability to efficiently handle local tasks and arrangements.
