- Salaire: 66k maximum, payable sur une base semi-mensuelle. Les évaluations de rendement et de salaire ont lieu chaque année en avril ou en mai.
- Heures: Quart de jour flexible d'environ 8h à 17h (possibilité de commencer plus tôt si préféré), 40 heures par semaine
- Prime: Admissible à une prime de rendement d'un montant maximal de 2 000,00 $ .

- Vacances - Droit à trois (3) semaines de vacances payées par année. Vacances seront calculées au prorata pour cette année. Le moment de vos vacances sera soumis à l'approbation de votre gestionnaire en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
- Maintenir les horaires des conducteurs et communiquer tout écart à la direction.
- Recevoir, vérifier et enregistrer les commandes des clients et les niveaux de réservoirs (dips) dans le système TMW.
- Planifier les chargements en fonction de la sécurité, du service à la clientèle et de l'efficacité des chargements à partir des informations clients enregistrées dans le système TMW.
- Communiquer la répartition aux conducteurs (y compris les plans de quart, les informations de plan de site, les numéros TMW ainsi que les informations sur le camion et la remorque).
- Répondre aux appels entrants, traiter les demandes générales et acheminer les appels vers la bonne destination.
- Confirmer que les chargements ont été livrés en s'assurant que le système TMW est mis à jour - tous les retards ou changements doivent être transmis à la direction des opérations.
- Signaler/enregistrer tous les incidents liés à la sécurité et au service à la direction.
- Pendant le quart de travail, transporter le téléphone désigné et assurer la couverture des appels téléphoniques après les heures d'ouverture.
- Assurer la communication d'informations précises aux conducteurs, telles que les informations sur le chargement, les numéros de référence, les poids, etc.
- S'assurer que les chargements assignés sont confirmés avec chacun de vos conducteurs avant la fin de la journée.
- Suivre les congés, les absences personnelles et les temps de repos des conducteurs ; signaler les préoccupations s'il y a lieu.
- Confirmer l'exactitude de la paie des conducteurs en veillant à ce que les informations de routage et de frais accessoires soient saisies à temps dans les champs appropriés de TMW.
- Aider les membres de l'équipe des opérations au besoin. Agir en tant que point de contact pour tous les éléments/problèmes pouvant survenir pour un conducteur au sein de votre flotte assignée.
- Travailler en équipe et aider les collègues sur d'autres tableaux de répartition afin d'assurer le succès de l'ensemble de la division. Qualifications
Expérience en répartition ou dans un domaine connexe
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion multitâche
À l'aise avec les outils informatiques (TMW, Microsoft Office)
Communication claire et efficace, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Capacité à gérer la pression et à prendre des décisions rapides Summary
