In-House Legal Counsel II Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively with the litigation team
• Draft legal opinions and prepare relevant documents
• Oversee insurance claims from inception through trials
• Conduct mediations and arbitration proceedings independently
• Share legal insights and mentorship with colleagues
Requirements:
• Valid membership in the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong negotiation and organization abilities
• Trial experience preferred, especially independents
• Familiarity with legal software and technologies
