Menzies Aviation recrute un Manager en Sécurité et Conformité à YUL pour assurer la sécurité de nos opérations. Mettez en œuvre des pratiques proactives et gérez la conformité. Ce poste implique la mise en place de procédures opérationnelles standard et la gestion des projets de sécurité. Vous serez responsable de la communication avec les autorités aéronautiques et de la promotion d'une culture de sécurité au sein de l'équipe. Vos compétences en gestion des risques aideront à prévenir les incidents. Key Responsibilities:
- Élaborer un plan d'intervention d'urgence efficace
- Superviser la qualité et la mise à jour des manuels opérationnels
- Soutenir les équipes sur le terrain en matière de sécurité
- Diriger les inspections et les audits réguliers
- Proposer des améliorations en matière de sécurité
- Solide expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité
- Capacité à gérer efficacement une équipe
- Excellente communication en anglais et français
- Connaissance des normes aéronautiques
- Capacité à soulever occasionnellement 16 kg
