- Complete procedural checklists throughout the day
- Supervise daily activities and performance of staff
- Involve in hiring processes and recommend staff advancements
- Schedule tasks to ensure full shift coverage
- Monitor cleanliness and safety compliance rigorously
- Minimum 2 years in food and beverage and customer service
- At least 6 months in a supervisory role in a restaurant
- Ability to communicate clearly and comprehend policies
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
- Willingness to work across varying shifts
