In this senior managerial role, you will align R&D strategies with Pendulum’s goals and actively participate in collaborations that push the limits of microbiome innovation. Your responsibilities will include leading diverse cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and maintaining scientific excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute R&D roadmaps and programs effectively
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Clinical teams
• Mentor scientists and promote a culture of collaboration
• Present findings at industry conferences
• Oversee project milestones and budgets
Requirements:
• Publications or patents in microbiome research
• Experience with relevant in vitro assays
