Assistant Superintendent for Construction Projects

As an Assistant Superintendent near Juniper, NB, you will support the Superintendent with compliance monitoring and schedule planning for construction projects. Bringing 1–5 years of industry experience along with a relevant degree, you will help maintain safety standards while analyzing cost reports and resolving potential project issues. Engaging with stakeholders professionally will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing construction site compliance
- Support project schedules and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Report potential issues to the Superintendent
- Analyze and manage project cost reports
- Construction degree or diploma with 1-5 years' experience
- Experience in large-scale civil or industrial projects is a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling software like Bluebeam
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Strong evaluative and problem-solving skills
