Hiring: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud – Absence Management & Benefits (Fast Formula) | Toronto, ON | Onsite
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Canadian Public Sector Absence and Pension processes to join a high-impact Oracle HCM implementation and support program.
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Work Authorization: Canada Work Authorization Required
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Cloud implementations for Canadian Public Sector clients
• Expert knowledge of Canadian Absence and Pension processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Absence Cloud / Absence Management modules
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Absence Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and Hypercare support
• Strong experience with HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Absence Batch Loader
• Lead customer discussions related to integrations, data migrations, reporting, and module configurations
• Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Playback Sessions, Training Content Development, and End-User Training
• Review Business Process Specification Documents, Configuration Workbooks, Change Requests, and Testing Artifacts
• Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
• Communicate complex functional and technical solutions to business, technical, and executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Absence Management and Benefits modules
• Extensive experience with Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience supporting Canadian Public Sector organizations
• Strong understanding of Canadian Absence and Pension regulations and business processes
• Experience leading integrations, data migrations, reporting, and end-to-end solution delivery
• Strong knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience
• Experience working in large-scale Public Sector transformation programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
