Posting TypeTemporaryEnd Date (if applicable)12/18/2026Classification TitleFT Support Staff DPay BandDMin Salary$27.82Max Salary$32.06Position SummaryUnder the Associate Dean, School of Business, Hospitality, and Media Arts, the Academic Services Assistant ( ASA ) provides a wide variety of executive secretarial duties and administrative services for the department including document preparation, which may include writing and typing of; correspondence, technical documents, proposals and reports; researches material for the Dean and Associate Dean; assembles information for presentation; ensures matters requiring action are routed appropriately; maintains record keeping and filing for the department.The Academic Services Assistant, as the first point of contact, ensuring visitors and staff are made to feel welcome and that their needs or questions are addressed in a timely, professional manner.
