Customer Support Representative - Remote

We are growing our remote team across Canada and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and providing professional guidance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career from home.
In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have already requested information. Your focus will be to answer questions, review available options, and guide clients through a simple process using provided systems and training. No cold calling or prior industry experience is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with clients through phone, Zoom, and email
Review information requests and explain available programs clearly
Answer client questions with professionalism and patience
Assist with basic application and enrollment steps
Keep accurate notes and records using online tools
Follow provided scripts, training, and compliance procedures
Stay engaged with a supportive remote team environment
