Compensation, Benefits and Perks
- Guaranteed salary during training to help you get started (12-months - you get to keep the higher of the two: commission OR guaranteed training salary).
- After 12 months, the role is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped and unlimited earning potential! Within your first year, you can earn commissions and qualify for in-house and manufacturer incentives.
- After the training period, you'll earn pure commission on delivered goods, plus additional incentives.
